What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a property or operations role where I can coordinate short-let or residential portfolios, improve guest experience, manage bookings and service providers, and contribute strong administrative and customer-service support.

At House of Bliss, I manage a high-volume portfolio of properties across multiple locations in Abuja, coordinating daily operations, bookings, guest communication, and property readiness.

I handle Airbnb and other booking platforms, including reservations, availability, calendar management, check-ins, check-outs, and timely resolution of guest issues. I also coordinate cleaners, maintenance personnel, vendors, inspections, repairs, records, and operational reporting.

Previously at La Point Group, I led customer service operations, supervised service staff, and improved the handling of high-volume inquiries, complaints, onboarding, and escalations.

My remote support experience at Outsosa International strengthened my documentation, communication, CRM, problem-solving, and distributed-team collaboration skills. I bring a practical, organized approach to protecting property owners' interests while delivering a smooth guest experience.
