I'm currently supporting Enterprise Solutions Management at BioTECH Drive in Canada, building business automation, enterprise-system integration, and platform integration solutions.

Previously at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and QuidelOrtho, I handled data-management software complaints, demonstrated solutions, managed post-sales services, and provided HyperCare and remote resolution for Northern European clients. I've troubleshot medical-device and SaaS middleware errors, analyzed data patterns for recurring issues, and escalated cases to IT when needed.

My work also includes designing and training AI models, translating business needs into specifications, coordinating vendors, managing maintenance and upgrades, and creating training materials for users.

Earlier, as a Logistics & Manufacturing Consultant at Academic Work, I analyzed requirements and designed customized SAP solutions, led workshops for end users and stakeholders, and worked across production logistics, inventory operations, and robotic-cell control.
