I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations across logistics, procurement, and administration, strengthen HSE compliance, and improve efficiency through disciplined documentation, vendor and inventory control, and consistent service delivery.

I’m an Operations Manager with a results-oriented background across administration, logistics, procurement, operations management, and HSE leadership in maritime and hospitality environments. I’m known for improving organizational efficiency while keeping strong focus on compliance and service delivery.

In my current role at Fountain Hotels, I oversee daily operations—covering administration, logistics, and service delivery—while managing procurement, vendor relations, and inventory control. I coordinate schedules and meetings, monitor staff performance, and prepare reports to ensure HSE standards are met.

Previously, as a Deputy Operations Manager, I led administrative and logistics operations for vessel crews. I coordinated fleet operations and regulatory documentation, handled government agency correspondence, and supported staff scheduling. Earlier experience also strengthened my ability to manage logistics, customs clearance, documentation, and coordination with port authorities.

I’ve also served as an HSE Head, where I implemented workplace safety standards through audits, drills, and staff safety training. From Procurement Officer and Boarding Officer roles to logistics and procurement operations, I’ve built a consistent approach: organized documentation, reliable coordination, and compliance-first execution.
