What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a terminal/operations role where I can ensure safe loading and regulatory compliance, lead teams and maintenance, reduce operational costs responsibly, and grow through strong operational leadership and accountability.

I’m a safety-conscious terminal operations professional who delivers reliable results through creative, realistic execution, efficient teamwork, and a positive, vibrant attitude. I direct and coordinate teams, align work schedules, and develop budget plans while bringing strong problem-resolution and communication skills.

As Terminal Shift Head at PINNACLE OIL AND GAS (06/2021 – 29/05/2026), I coordinate loading operations, ensure accurate metering and stock control, and coordinate shore tank preparation with surveyors and government agents. I act as a relief to the operations manager, oversee Terminal Automation System availability, and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of pumps, valves, pipeline, and gantry equipment—while ensuring PTW is correctly issued and terminal assets and navigational aids are maintained in line with regulations. I’ve also identified cost-saving opportunities that resulted in a 90% reduction in operational expenses without compromising safety.

Earlier, I served as a Waybill Officer/Truck Inspection Officer/Loading Master/Terminal Operator (11/2014 – 05/2021) at M.R.S OIL, GAS, managing waybill documents and transaction receipts through SAP, inspecting and certifying trucks for safe loading, and supervising petroleum product movement between tanker ships and the terminal while berthed. Before that, I worked as a Field agent (03/2011 – 05/2013) in ports and logistics document processing, and I began my leadership journey as a Manager (02/2009 – 04/2010) in hotel operations by planning strategies, monitoring budget variances, and producing accurate spend summaries.
