What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data-informed product work where I can shape roadmaps, partner across technical and business teams, and improve customer outcomes through clear requirements, Agile delivery, and continuous feedback.

At Rite-Hite, I own the Salesforce distribution platform end to end, from roadmap and requirements through implementation and lifecycle integrity. My work increased platform adoption by 50% and reduced rework on delivered stories by 10%.

I use SQL, dashboards, and performance analysis to turn customer insights and operational trends into prioritized roadmap decisions. I also eliminated roughly 15 hours of manual reporting each month for Sales, BDMs, Executive Leadership, and Supply Chain teams.
