What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can build relationships, support clients, keep operations organized, and use my communication and training experience.

I'm currently a Budtender at Good Chemistry, where I handle opening and closing procedures, inventory upkeep, and personalized customer recommendations.

Previously, I supported adults with disabilities at Work Opportunities Unlimited by developing career goals, preparing resumes and applications, and coaching clients toward job success.

At Goldfish Swim School, I supervised more than 20 employees across pool deck and front desk operations. I also trained over 100 team members and supported interviewing and hiring.

I've managed high-volume customer communication and scheduling for more than 1,800 families and 300 weekly classes. I bring six-plus years of customer-facing experience and am fluent in English and Portuguese.
