I'm looking to lead complex cross-functional programs where I can build scalable processes, align stakeholders, improve operations, and turn strategic ideas into measurable progress.

At Make Good Company, I lead project and program delivery for major aviation capital improvement initiatives at Los Angeles International Airport, coordinating clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and executive stakeholders.

Previously at Block Renovation, I led planning for residential renovation projects across Los Angeles, New York City, and Boston while helping launch and grow the Los Angeles market. I translated customer and operational insights into improvements across technology, workflows, service delivery, and customer experience, contributing to a $3M+ revenue quarter in Q4 2023.

Across The Beck Group, Meridith Baer Home, ISN Software, and my own retail business, I've built operational plans, launched offerings, led workforce planning, managed client programs, and created collaborative environments that move teams from ambiguity to action.
