I’m an Innovative Head Teacher known for high productivity, efficient task completion, and creating strong learning environments. I bring a hands-on approach to curriculum development, classroom management, and educational technology integration.

In my recent role, I developed and implemented engaging lesson plans for diverse student needs, and I led a team of teachers in curriculum design and instructional methods. I fostered a positive learning environment through effective classroom management, while maintaining open communication with parents by responding promptly to inquiries or complaints.

Before education leadership, I built operational and people-management experience in fast-paced service settings. As a Manager and Front End Manager, I oversaw daily operations, staff scheduling and training, customer service, inventory and compliance, and I supported financial operations through essential accounting functions.

I’m committed to clear communication, leadership, and problem-solving—skills that help me troubleshoot quickly and keep teams focused on results. My background in General Studies supports my ability to adapt, organize, and drive continuous improvement.
