What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership-focused educator role where I can develop curriculum, mentor staff, and partner with families—creating safe, developmentally appropriate learning experiences while supporting operational efficiency and team goals.

I’m a results-focused educator and supervisor with expertise in curriculum development and team leadership. I created and implemented developmentally appropriate curriculum, using hands-on, play-based strategies and focused instructional techniques to engage students and support learning outcomes. I also differentiated instruction by student skill level and monitored progress with exams and assignments.

I prioritize strong, ongoing partnerships with parents, scheduling and holding parent-teacher conferences to foster clear communication and support networks.
