At Triad, I oversee exam-prep content, psychometric test development, analytics, institutional reporting, and quality assurance across multiple behavioral and mental health licensure brands. At H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, I lead qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research on health behavior, cancer screening, risk perception, and decision-making.

I've designed interview protocols, focus groups, coding schemes, surveys, and assessments; conducted advanced analyses in SAS, R, and SPSS; and applied CFIR and RE-AIM to cancer prevention implementation research. As Principal Investigator on NIH-funded work and co-Investigator on foundation-funded research, I manage study design, budgets, reporting, and collaboration with clinicians, biostatisticians, and community partners.

I also teach research methods, statistics, measurement, and psychology at the University of South Florida, where I mentor trainees, serve on dissertation committees, and build online curriculum. I translate complex research into peer-reviewed publications, technical reports, instructional materials, and public-facing writing.
