At Neil Jones Food Company, I audit approximately 225 freight bills, warehouse invoices, and shipping documents each week, resolving carrier discrepancies before payment. I identified a systemic carrier billing error that recovered more than $70,000 in discrepancies.

Previously at Kroger, I owned purchase order lifecycle and international shipment data processes supporting global inventory flow. I turned POS, inventory, warehouse, purchasing, and ERP data into replenishment recommendations, supply-risk visibility, and inventory allocation decisions.

I built enterprise-level automated PO tracking and analysis tools with Excel Power Query and developed Power BI reporting that replaced manual processes. My work helped elevate reporting into a decision-support capability for supply planning and inventory responsiveness.

I also support ERP and EDI process improvements, work directly with international vendors, and bring operational leadership from customer service and technical support roles.
