I manage residential real estate projects end to end, from opportunity assessment, financial analysis and due diligence through acquisition, renovation, marketing, sale and rental.
Since 2018, I've led 21 renovation projects and handled 36 residential purchase and sale agreements, managing budgets, schedules, contractors, negotiations and transaction execution. I've coordinated networks of up to eight external specialists across renovation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and interior design.
I've delivered premium property projects including a Hanza Tower apartment with an estimated PLN 250,000 profit, and I successfully managed a developer-delay contractual dispute that resulted in additional compensation. My background in law, teaching and event coordination supports clear communication, contractual judgment and strong project ownership.
