What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or contribute to cyber threat intelligence work where I can investigate financially motivated threats, build original intelligence, automate collection, and turn evidence into actionable protection for organizations and customers.

At Bantrab, I lead cyber threat intelligence and brand protection for a Guatemalan bank, coordinating analysts across phishing, malicious infrastructure, leaked credentials, vulnerabilities, and digital-channel abuse.

I investigate financially motivated regional threats by correlating domains, DNS, certificates, URLs, IOCs, infrastructure patterns, and attacker behavior. In 2025, I detected and managed more than 150 malicious sites, preserving evidence, coordinating takedowns, and tracking recurring campaign indicators.

Previously at Banco Promerica Guatemala, I served as Acting CISO for one year and led security priorities, incidents, controls, vendors, budgets, and executive communication. I build Python automation, produce evidence-based intelligence reports, and translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for security, legal, and leadership teams.
