What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead major incident response for critical networks, coordinate Infrastructure, application and Ops stakeholders, and keep release, Problem and change processes reliable—while driving continuous process improvement, documentation quality, and team alignment.

I’m a Major Incident Manager/Release Manager at Bombardier Aviation, focused on overseeing and directing major incident resolution to minimize operational and customer impact. I keep constant, clear communication with key stakeholders and coordinate with Infrastructure and NOCC teams to handle maintenance outages under both normal and emergency change requests.

Before that, I worked as an Incident Manager/Release Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, operating within configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of network infrastructure changes. I guided the installation of Routers, Switches, and Firewalls, performed networking maintenance and system upgrades, and configured L2/L3 routing and switching when required while tracking any outage caused by changes.

Earlier in my career, I built hands-on networking and telecom experience as an IT Analyst/Trainee at Delta Aeromexico Techops and as an on-site supervisor/technician for BTS-related deployments. I handled internals network monitoring (including IDFs network L2 configuration with VLANs/STP), incident management through internal ticketing, and Windows & Linux Virtual Machines; later, I supported commissioning and integration of 3G/LTE technologies for clients such as Telcel and AT&T.

From 2022 to 2023, I also served as a Remote Construction Manager at Ericsson Telecom, guiding site construction activities to defined standards and ensuring KPI and SLA accomplishment. As a POC with suppliers, I helped ensure documentation, tools, equipment, and hardware were in place, while promoting security and process improvement through QA audits and repeatable procedures aligned to OSHA regulations.
