What I'm looking for

I seek a chef role in a reputable restaurant where I can apply my high-volume kitchen experience, lead kitchen teams, and deliver consistent, safe, high-quality cuisine while growing into greater managerial responsibility.

I am a creative and motivated chef with five years of hands-on experience in kitchen management, food preparation, and high-volume service. I consistently apply strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver safe, attractive dishes and maintain restaurant standards.

As a Sous Chef, I planned and directed high-volume food production, acted as head chef when required, and collaborated closely with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service. I have experience preventing cross-contamination, managing inventory and cost control, and training new staff in proper food preparation and sanitation.
