What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a transplant-focused RN role where I can deliver coordinated pre/post-op care, strengthen infection-prevention practices, and grow through mentorship—while partnering closely with multidisciplinary teams to keep patients safe.

I’m a BSN-prepared RN working in transplant PCU, currently completing the Visient Transition to Practice program (Aug. 2025). I hold a Texas Multistate RN License and keep patient-safety skills current with Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support (exp. 06/2026).

In my unit, I focus on measurable infection prevention and high-reliability bedside care—researching CHG wipes to decrease unit CLABSI rates, and serving as a CLABSI and Port Champion trained to perform sterile, central line dressing changes and port accesses. As a Baylor Clinical Coach/Donor Champion, I also precept/orient new-grad nurses and staff, bringing teamwork, strong communication, and organization/prioritization to every shift.

Since 2024, I’ve been the Transplant PCU Nurse at Baylor All Saints Medical Center, monitoring and managing pre- and post-op transplant patients. I respond quickly to changes in condition, delegate appropriately, recognize deterioration, administer and monitor high-risk immunotherapy, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, aid physicians in bedside procedures (paracentesis/thoracentesis), and prep/transports patients to the OR.
