I seek a full-time clinical leadership role where I can advance patient care, lead education and infection-prevention programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor nursing teams for measurable quality improvements.

I am a Registered Nurse with progressive clinical and leadership experience across acute care, long-term care, and community health settings. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing (Capella University) and CPC certification, and I combine bedside expertise with program and staff development.

In leadership roles I have directed nurse aide training programs, served as Director of Nursing, and acted as an Infection Preventionist and Clinical Coding Nurse Consultant, driving compliance, education, and quality improvements.
