What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to grow as a nurse while making a positive impact on patient care and supporting my colleagues.

As a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I am passionate about providing high-quality patient care and supporting my colleagues in the healthcare environment. Currently, I work in the Intensive Care Unit at Nacogdoches Medical Center, where I specialize as a Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) Nurse. My experience includes working in various capacities, from trauma and med-surg to float pool nursing, which has equipped me with a diverse skill set and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

Throughout my career, I have taken on leadership roles, such as being a Clinical Coach at Baylor University Medical Center, where I orient new and experienced nurses. I am proud to have been nominated by my peers and leadership for charge RN training, demonstrating my commitment to professional growth and excellence in nursing. My involvement in initiatives like being a CLABSI Champion and a member of the Skin Team Co-Chair reflects my dedication to improving patient outcomes and fostering a collaborative work environment.
