At uTest / Applause, I evaluated English subtitles against spoken Italian across 40 videos, assessing translation accuracy, completeness, naturalness, and readability. I delivered eight evaluation packages across two approved paid batches, documenting linguistic issues under project guidelines.
Through Zyka, I delivered Italian transcription and QA, labeling speakers and identifying unclear passages and transcription discrepancies. I also completed paid independent AI and speech evaluation tasks through Outlier, assessing response quality, accuracy, instruction adherence, and speech-output clarity.
Before this work, I reviewed laboratory results and technical specifications at Glenair, identifying non-conformities and preparing traceable quality reports. My background also includes technical research at the Technical University of Munich and Riba Composites, supported by an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bologna.
