At Zayed University, I supported 80+ students through accessibility and academic support services, including individualized accommodations, assistive technology, and strategies for independent learning.
With ADEK’s Autism Inclusion Project, I designed transitions from specialized centres into mainstream schools and adapted curriculum, instruction, and assessment using UDL principles. I collaborated with teachers on individualized Education Plans and used learning data to refine instructional plans.
At Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Special Education (MRC-NECC), I designed individualized learning programs and delivered instruction in literacy, communication, and study skills. I also trained and mentored staff and interns, and worked with families and specialists to support learning goals and transitions.
