What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an accredited university clinical placement to complete supervised fieldwork hours, where I can deliver BCBA-aligned ABA, conduct data-driven visual analysis, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary setting to improve outcomes.

I’m a Dubai-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with 4+ years of clinical experience, specializing in positive behavior support for children with ASD, ADHD, and SPD. I implement BCBA-designed treatment plans with strong attention to treatment integrity and procedural fidelity.

I focus on direct, 1:1 skill-building and behavior reduction using least-to-most prompting, time delay, and chaining protocols (including total task chaining, forward chaining). In classroom and home settings, I support regulation while shaping communication and daily living skills.

My practice is consistently data-driven: I conduct continuous data collection (ABC, frequency, and interval data) and use Excel visual analysis to track progress through weekly graphs and real-time plotting. I also support alternative communication with PECS and Proloquo2Go, tailoring supports to each learner’s needs.

Currently, I’m an MSc in Applied Behavior Analysis candidate and I’m seeking an accredited university clinical placement to complete supervised fieldwork hours. I bring advanced training in functional behavior assessments, preference assessments, clinical documentation, and coding/billing fidelity aligned with medical necessity requirements.
