I’m a Software Developer and dynamic Digital Solutions and Innovation Associate with a strong foundation in software engineering, full-stack development, and cloud technologies. I combine hands-on delivery with analytics and data-driven solutions, and I’m continuously building expertise in AI integration.

At Cooperative Bank of Oromia, I developed, deployed, and delivered a Whistleblower Portal and a Complaint Management System, built a Memory-Wall Portal, and ran analytics for reconciliation and transaction matching accuracy. I also led the DxValley departmental website, integrated Google Analytics and CMS tools, deployed analytics for the Coopay Ebirr mobile wallet, and implemented and configured a secure FileBrowser SFTP server for partner data sharing.

I coordinate multi-stakeholder innovation projects and manage incubation center operations, including partner coordination and resource planning for initiatives like MichuMizan Development and Souqpass scale-up with RENEW Capital and the World Bank. I’m passionate about tech-enabled community building, women’s empowerment in STEM, and driving digital transformation in emerging ecosystems—reinforced by my AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and consulting experience.
