I’m a customer-focused professional with a diverse background across customer service, hospitality, client liaison, administration and creative work. I have extensive experience working directly with customers and clients, handling enquiries and requests, coordinating tasks, managing schedules and maintaining a high standard of service in fast-paced environments.
My creative background in design, illustration, photography and video editing has also developed my attention to detail, problem-solving and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. I’m organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities while communicating clearly and professionally.
