I’m an Assistant and Project Manager with strong organization skills built in luxury and international environments. I thrive in collaborative teams where I can contribute creatively while keeping a meticulous eye for detail.

In my current role as Creative Producer & Visual Merchandiser, I manage end-to-end creative production workflow—from the initial brief and technical breakdown to final on-site installation. I coordinate cross-functional teams, negotiate with strategic vendors for high-quality materials and custom fabrications, and oversee production budgets to optimize costs while maintaining impeccable aesthetic standards.

Previously, at Mytheresa, I coordinated multidisciplinary teams for Home & Lifestyle and RTW e-commerce shootings, organizing photo sets and equipment while managing social content and drafting multilingual texts (English/Italian) and credits. I also led hands-on projects across countries: supervising a team of seamstresses and teaching embroidery in Guinea-Bissau, and managing the graphic team and scenic setup for Campus By Night in Bologna—alongside freelance artistic writing for Not Yet Magazine.
