At Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), I oversee education programs and victim services across the Inland Empire while supporting the LA/OC and San Diego teams. I also build program documentation, data tracking, and reporting systems.
I plan and execute fundraising and community events, including vigils, polo matches, and recognition ceremonies, helping raise $100,000+ to date. I manage regional staff and volunteers and coordinate with teams across Marketing, Legal, Youth Engagement, and Finance.
At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Sierra, I managed the mentor-mentee program across Nevada, Placer, and Yuba counties, supporting 100+ active matches from recruitment through ongoing support. I also designed program improvements based on participant feedback.
At I-Connect Foundation, I worked one-on-one with participants navigating therapy and managing their ongoing care and progress. I also developed engagement strategies, built community partnerships, and researched and wrote grant proposals that secured funding for community programs.
