I’m a Product Owner with 5+ years owning delivery for a transaction experience platform serving 15M+ customers at JPMorgan Chase, backed by 13+ years total in enterprise digital delivery, including QA leadership. I own the full path from idea to shipped feature—originating epics from vision and research, framing them with stakeholders, and breaking them into buildable stories with acceptance criteria sharp enough for engineering to start without a clarifying meeting.

I build and ship AI-powered Smart Search, Universal Search, and conversational AI experiences using Rasa-based NLU and LLM capabilities. I’ve improved adoption (30% Smart Search adoption, 89% feature adoption) and reduced friction by closing gaps between self-service journeys and target experiences—helping drive 43% fewer support calls. I also bring domain exposure across mortgage, auto loan, and card lending.

I run recurring RAG delivery-status cadences with stakeholders and directly own release go/no-go and defect-priority decisions, staying accountable to leadership when commitments slip. I partner closely with Engineering, QA, UX, and Architecture, and I keep requirements traceable by using BRD/PRD authoring plus Gherkin/BDD test cases to plan and execute UAT and edge-case coverage before launch.

Beyond delivery, I focus on stakeholder leadership and team enablement—owning end-to-end backlog grooming and Jira hygiene as the single source of truth across mobile, web, and API workstreams. I’ve mentored Business Analysts, partnered with senior leadership on roadmap prioritization and epic-level timing, and earned recognition like the “Collaboration Champion Award” (Q3 2024); currently, I’m working as an Independent Product Consultant and actively pursuing a full-time Product Owner role.
