What I'm looking for

I’m interested in opportunities in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations, and I’m available for part-time or internship opportunities.

At Novamed, I manage full-cycle recruitment, from vacancy intake and candidate sourcing through selection and offers. I handle up to 10 vacancies simultaneously, covering both high-volume and specialized recruitment.

I work with department managers to define staffing needs and candidate profiles, and coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks. I also build and maintain a structured candidate database and talent pool.
