What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an internship in a clinical setting to perform nutritional assessments, assist with individualized meal planning, and grow clinical dietetics skills within a patient-centered team.

I am a dedicated Nutritional Science major at the University of Connecticut pursuing a career in Dietetics, focused on delivering patient-centered care through evidence-based nutritional assessment and individualized meal planning. I combine hands-on food service experience with laboratory equipment skills (rheology, SEM, TEM, refractometry) and coursework in nutrition, food composition, and medical terminology.

I have practical experience managing allergy-safe food service, point-of-sale operations, inventory, and dignified interaction with elderly residents, and I’ve held leadership roles in campus organizations emphasizing education, recruitment, and community philanthropy. I am trained in CPR, DEI, physical safety crisis management, and confidentiality, and I seek an internship where I can apply clinical nutrition skills and contribute to patient outcomes.
