What I'm looking for
I’m a Clinical Dietitian with experience delivering nutrition care across stroke and neurological disorders, including end-of-life support and ICU/SDU nutrition support. I conduct nutrition screening, perform Nutrition-Focused Physical Exams (NFPE), and use evidence-based methods to identify and prevent malnutrition while supporting pressure injury nutrition management.
In both inpatient and outpatient settings, I educate patients on acute and chronic disease processes (renal, cardiac, diabetes, weight loss) and collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, SLP, and pharmacy. I’m EPIC-trained and experienced in enteral and parenteral nutrition calculations, tube feeding, and patient-centered counseling using motivational interviewing and small group instruction.
