Provided stroke and neurological disorder nutrition care, including nutrition screening to identify patients needing services. Delivered enteral/parenteral nutrition support, performed NFPEs, collaborated with physicians and nursing, and documented care in EPIC.

Completed clinical rotations (med-surg, nutrition support, and entry-level clinical) with independent patient interviews, education, and charting. Performed tube feeding and parenteral nutrition calculations and provided inpatient and outpatient nutrition counseling via telehealth and in-person formats.

Supported hospital units by servicing patient nutrition needs to promote recovery. Participated in inter-professional patient care, provided diet compliance education, and stocked nourishment rooms while working with tube feeding workflows.

Created and taught a lecture connecting neurotransmitters, brain function, and diet’s role in mood. Evaluated student competencies using group discussion and pre/post tests, taught cooking demonstrations with ServSafe food-safety standards, and provided as-needed nutrition counseling.

Delivered customer service during peak seasonal periods while maintaining composure during large crowds. Performed restaurant finance tasks, conducted daily self-service beer wall demonstrations, and completed shift janitorial duties.

Managed customer relations through daily communication and interactions while supporting operations during busy tourist days. Scheduled and booked flights, processed credit card transactions, and guided customers for parasailing departure.

Provided high-quality customer service in a busy, high-stress tourist environment while handling guest needs promptly. Managed cleanliness checks, ID verification for alcohol sales, and worked closely with kitchen staff to ensure meal satisfaction.

Shadowed a Registered Dietitian to learn the day-to-day routine and responsibilities of a clinical dietitian. Completed nutrition-related assignments and projects, including a case study for a patient with acute pancreatitis.

Collaborated with coworkers to deliver strong customer service while working in a high-traffic grocery environment. Organized and collected money each shift, maintained a friendly demeanor under pressure, and managed tasks professionally despite competing demands.

Completed a Master’s program with an internship in Nutrition at Saint Elizabeth University, concluding in August 2024.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University, graduating in May 2022.
