What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a collaborative, fast-paced role where I can own client communication and support integrated campaign delivery end to end—translating strategy into clear workflows, strong materials, and smooth execution across teams.

I’m an experienced client-focused Account Executive who helps campaigns move from planning through delivery—keeping communication clear between agency teams and clients. I’m comfortable balancing creative ambition with complex workflows, ensuring next steps are always understood.

In my current role supporting the McDonald’s account at Leo Burnett, I manage high-volume 360 campaigns across TV/VOD, Social, Press, OOH, Display, and Digital. I assist with campaign preparation materials, presentations, and status reports, and I coordinate end-to-end asset delivery, including logistics and shoot coordination with production.

Before that, I built event and marketing foundations as a Marketing and Event Planning Intern at ACOPIA in South Korea. I created media content plans, monitored social platforms and engagement, planned gallery pop-up events, and handled client calls and emails, including leading a team on an event in Hongdae, Seoul.

I also bring strong, real-world customer service experience from busy bar environments in Central London and Nottingham, including opening and closing shifts and handling customer concerns professionally.
