What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role teaching Biological Sciences and Theology (online or in-person), building learning-outcomes-based curricula, assessing with rubrics, and mentoring students with timely, respectful communication and strong academic integrity.

I’m an adjunct faculty candidate combining a Doctorate in Botany and a Master of Divinity with 35+ years of undergraduate teaching excellence, curriculum development, and scholarly publication. I deliver rigorous instruction in Biological Sciences, Botany, and Theology in face-to-face and online environments, designing syllabi aligned with learning outcomes and supporting diverse adult learners.

I’m known for rubric-based assessment, timely feedback, and inclusive, student-centered classrooms with strong academic integrity and FERPA compliance. From roles as Lecturer through Dean of Student Affairs and Head of Department, I’ve supervised faculty, led retention initiatives, and guided students with mentorship and counseling—while continuing to publish and present research.
