What I'm looking for

I seek student-centered roles where I can teach and mentor diverse learners, develop curriculum, and contribute to research and outreach in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

I am an experienced and enthusiastic biology and environmental science educator with a hands-on approach and a strong record of engaging students across campus and online.

I have taught non-majors biology, environmental science, medical terminology, nutrition, and labs at multiple institutions while also providing PSAT/SAT/ACT and academic tutoring, including for students with learning disabilities and special needs.

My work includes research and conference presentations in developmental genetics and ecology, leadership roles in service organizations, and awards such as Teacher of the Year for Georgia Military College Stone Mountain campus.

I mentor students, serve as a faculty advisor and ethics bowl coach, and continually pursue professional development in nutrition, climate science, and mental health to inform my teaching and student support.
