I'm looking for remote opportunities in finance and administration management, operations management, or Chief of Staff roles, based in Guatemala and open to LATAM and international opportunities.

At ES Consulting, I lead finance, administration, HR, and marketing operations while supporting the company’s growth and expansion across Central America. I built core processes and KPIs, established formal budgets for administrative, HR, and marketing areas, and implemented Odoo for accounting, billing, and financial reporting.
