I run sprint planning, backlog management, release tracking, and Azure Boards workflow standardization while keeping engineering teams and leadership aligned.
I've co-led Loan Module, web platform, Hydrogen and Nomba payment integration, encryption upgrade, website redesign, and OKHI integration delivery. I also produce ITSC, MPR, and Board-level reports for regulated environments and led a group-wide AI-adoption assessment with training, adoption, and budget recommendations.
