I’m a PMP-certified project manager and medical operations leader with 15+ years supporting pharma R&D, medical affairs, and clinical study planning across global organizations. I build integrated plans and governance rhythms that improve visibility, compliance, and execution.

Across the clinical development lifecycle (Phase 1-4), I manage cross-functional stakeholders and strengthen processes in regulated environments. I’m known for coordinating readiness activities, maintaining operational reporting, and surfacing roadblocks early with clear owners, actions, and timelines.

In Medical Affairs, I streamlined governance voting and stakeholder engagement, including support for global Epidemiology Scientific Committee and Medical Scientific Committees. I also managed global governance cadence for 154+ post-marketing studies—handling agendas, materials, pre-briefs, minutes, follow-up actions, and alignment across training, publications, Congress support, grants, and KOL compliance.

I’ve led portfolio operations and planning transitions, including moving clinical trial planning into Pfizer Essential Health while contributing as a trainer and thought leader. I also managed oversight of the transition of 120 clinical study plans to an external alliance partner and coordinated resource estimates for a high-volume regulatory and safety business deal—enabling faster business evaluation through strong budgeting and scenario modeling.
