What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex clinical development and operations programs where I can improve processes, manage global stakeholders, support regulatory-ready execution, and deliver high-quality studies that protect patients and advance science. I am also open to project management roles in other industries and have experience with advanced data sets and vendor management.

I'm currently leading global integrated development plans and seven clinical trials at Eli Lilly through Medasource, including studies using continuous heart-monitoring devices. I manage portfolio budgets, contracts, risks, stakeholder communications, and process improvements that accelerate timelines while preserving scientific rigor.

Previously, I led clinical operations at Incyte, supervising 25 field monitors and supporting regulatory-ready dermatology and inflammation studies. Across Johnson & Johnson, Merck, ExecuPharm, and the Medical University of South Carolina, I've managed clinical research from startup through closeout, strengthened vendor and site partnerships, and maintained high standards for data quality, GCP/ICH compliance, and patient safety.
