At Action Behavior Centers, I provide behavior therapy to autistic children aged 18 months to 8 years. I collect behavior data, deliver interventions, and work with BCBAs to help prepare children for school and independence.
At Second Home Adult Day Center, I led a team of eight staff supporting adults with IDD as they worked toward yearlong education, physical mobility, and socialization goals. I also handled incident reporting, care plan creation, and file auditing.
At Gaddum, I worked as the Salford Adult Carers Coordinator, conducting casework check-ins and supervisions for my 12-member team. I also trained social work students on placement and organized events for unpaid carers.
My work at Gaddum also included bereavement therapy intake assessments and a project gathering and analyzing service-user feedback. I earned an MA in Social Work and a BA in English Literature (Hons) at the University of Manchester.
