SAP ERP authorization and application support leader delivering reliable access management and ICT project support.
What I'm looking for
I provide authorization management in the SAP ERP system for internal users and application support to end users, with professional support for ICT development. I collaborate on projects related to ICT development and focus on reliability, independence, and clear communication.
As a teamleader in the Department of Application Support at the State agricultural intervention fund, I manage, control, and evaluate the department’s work and results. I’m responsible for administration of roles in SAP ERP and for managing access authorizations in and outside of SAP, ensuring that users have the right permissions.
Previously, I handled administration of roles and access rights, including login data to IS SZIF and ERP SAP, and I managed master data and structures in SAP. I also supported users through service desk activities and coordinated suppliers for back office order administration.
I continuously strengthen my capabilities through training such as ITIL® 2011 Foundation, ISO 20000, fundamentals of authorization management in SAP ERP, and testing of applications (ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation). I’m motivated to keep improving service quality while partnering with stakeholders on ICT improvements.
