I bring a year of combined experience across customer-facing work and IT infrastructure. I’ve served international customers in English, managed questions directly as a small online store owner, and communicate clearly while working remotely.

In my IT Infrastructure Intern role, I installed and organized server equipment, handled structured cabling, and tracked hardware inventory while updating infrastructure documentation. I shadowed the support team to learn ticketing, escalation, and case follow-up workflows using HubSpot, and I gained hands-on familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux environments.

I also worked as a Data Entry Freelancer where I migrated sales data from .xlsx files into a CRM system. I verified details (date, quantity, location, client personal data) to guarantee data integrity and to look for data irregularities within the system.

Before that, I worked as a Server & Cashier, serving tables and running the cash register during back-to-back shifts while providing excellent customer service. I handle complaints and special requests confidently, escalate complex issues when needed, and pick up new systems quickly.
