What I'm looking for

I am seeking roles that leverage neuroimaging, bioinformatics, and ML to produce translational insights in neurological disease, with collaborative, research-driven teams and opportunities for clinical impact.

I am a highly motivated medical Doctor and data analyst focused on neuroimaging, bioinformatics, and machine learning applied to neurological disease. I combine clinical training with extensive experience analyzing large neurodegenerative cohorts such as ADNI and PPMI.

My research portfolio includes multiple systematic reviews, biomarker and metabolomics studies, proteomics and fMRI/DTI analyses, and submitted manuscripts on predictive modeling and longitudinal biomarker dynamics. I have practical skills across Python, R, MATLAB, MRI/DTI toolkits, and wet-lab techniques including PCR and cell culture.

I bring leadership experience from coordinating public health initiatives and training courses, mentorship in scientific competitions, and ongoing projects using deep learning to address disease heterogeneity.
