What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my biology, physiology, bioinformatics, and scientific evaluation experience to AI training and evaluation projects involving biomedical information, scientific reasoning, and biological data interpretation.

I've spent 14 years at Iran University of Medical Sciences conducting physiological and biomedical research, analyzing complex biological datasets, and contributing to scientific manuscripts and research projects.

I use R and RStudio for statistical analysis, visualization, RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, and transcriptomic interpretation. I'm also interested in applying scientific evaluation and biological data interpretation to AI training and biomedical AI evaluation.
