I’m looking for remote, hybrid, or international opportunities where I can own healthcare quality systems—delivering accreditation & compliance, risk management, and analytics that improve patient safety, documentation readiness, and operational excellence.

I’m a healthcare quality professional with 8+ years of quality transformation across ICU, hospital systems, and public health—from AIIMS Delhi to district-level facilities. I turn compliance frameworks into care cultures that strengthen patient safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

I’ve led JCI, NABH, and NQAS accreditation journeys in high-volume settings, including simultaneous dual accreditation, while driving structured risk management with HIRA, FMEA, RCA, and CAPA. I also built and owned the quality assurance function end-to-end, reducing adverse event rates through full regulatory compliance investigations across assessed domains.

My approach is system-first: SOPs, QA manuals, incident reporting, audits, CAPA tracking, and KPI dashboards that make quality part of daily clinical practice.
