In my Hospitality Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquet Intern Management experience at Don Arc Beach Resort Hotel and Restaurant, I supported a busy resort environment where cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction had to stay consistent. I worked on room cleaning and preparation, including coverage for banquets.

I handled time-sensitive tasks by staying focused on time management and prompt fulfilment, even during tight turnaround times. I also provided excellent guest service in a dining setting by ensuring accurate orders and responding to guest needs quickly.

I’m patient, collaborative, and responsive—listening to and resolving guest complaints regarding food service and amenities with care. I coordinate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to manage multiple guest needs during peak times, bringing teamwork and attention to detail to every shift.
