What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR partnering role where I can advise leaders across the employee life cycle, strengthen employee relations and engagement, and drive compliant, data-informed compensation and recruitment processes.

I am an HR Business Partner who advises managers and employees across the entire employment life cycle, from onboarding and mobility to offboarding and reintegration. I focus on compliance with Labor Law and corporate guidelines while supporting engagement, performance management, and employee relations.

In my HR Business Partner role at TechQuarter, I bridge service demands and manage employee relations issues to mitigate risk. I also lead and coach an effective recruitment team, participate in recruitment for all levels, run onboarding and exit interviews, and identify development needs for teams and individuals through people assessment, people development, and career path processes.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Human Resources Specialist and IT Recruiter, delivering full-cycle recruitment and selection, including phone screening, HR interviews, feedback, offer letter preparation, and candidate data management. With a background in Psychology and Education Sciences, I bring confidentiality, professionalism, and a strong understanding of employment regulations in Central European countries to every partnership.
