What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my technical discipline in a remote environment.

At Katrin Field Inc., I install, commission, test, and configure technical systems, validating performance before handover. I also diagnose hardware, firmware, and software issues at customer sites.

I carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in line with service schedules and SLA requirements. During site inspections, I check power, grounding, connectivity, and environmental conditions, flagging risks for corrective action.

I document fault analysis, root causes, corrective actions, and follow-up recommendations in service reports. I also coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and customers to resolve technical issues.

Earlier, as a NOC L1 Analyst at Total Information Management, I monitored live systems, reviewed alerts and logs, and documented or escalated incidents. I completed authorized service training with Ted Pella and Thermo Fisher Scientific.
