At CityBee Latvia, I managed a 700–900 vehicle fleet in Latvia, overseeing availability, technical and visual condition, repairs, cost estimates, budgets, and quality control. I also monitored fleet composition across the Baltic states and improved operational processes.
I coordinate fleet assistants, support onboarding, manage reporting, and oversee warehouse and office operations. Earlier, I organised music events and created digital and print design materials, bringing experience in logistics, client communication, social media, and fast-paced problem solving.
