Previously at CodeNest Solution, I configured Salesforce applications for sales and service users, automated lead, case, and approval workflows, and migrated CRM data using Data Loader. I produced reports and dashboards around client-defined KPIs and resolved configuration, automation, and user-access issues in controlled environments.
