Through my independent practice at Hoffmann Growth Lab, I coach leaders from first management responsibilities through executive-level vision, strategic choices, and leadership-team alignment. I support decision-making, resilience, communication, trust, accountability, and performance using ICF principles, neuroscience-informed tools, and guided mindfulness practices.

Previously, at Just AI Global, I led strategy and delivery for an international conference on conversational and agentic AI, working with global AI experts, technology leaders, and business executives. I also positioned AI solutions for enterprise fintech and telecom customers, built ecosystem partnerships, and managed cross-functional teams, partners, budgets, and large international projects.

My product marketing background includes go-to-market strategy, research, product positioning, launches, digital marketing, and international partnerships in sports technology. I bring experience leading international teams and working across technology, AI, product, marketing, and senior stakeholders.
