I am looking for a fully remote role in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Virtual Assistance. I prefer a supportive team, clear communication, long-term growth, flexible hours with some US/EU overlap. My timezone is WAT UTC+1 and I am available immediately.

Customer Support Specialist and Virtual Assistant based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria (WAT UTC+1).

I help remote teams handle customer support, email & chat, data entry, and admin operations. I have strong written English, quick response time, and experience supporting customers with patience and clear communication.

Tools I use: Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Notion.

I have a reliable laptop, stable internet, and power backup. I am available for overlap with US/EU time zones and I am looking for full-time remote roles in Customer Support, Customer Success, Virtual Assistance, and Operations at $30k+.
