What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare-focused role where I can combine privacy-compliant documentation with analytics—building dashboards and applying AI/machine learning to improve care delivery, decision-making, and operational accuracy.

I’m a healthcare professional with strong experience in accurate documentation, privacy-compliant handling of sensitive information, and operational coordination. Through a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Health and Data Analytics, I built hands-on capability in health information systems and analytics, with a focus on data integrity and translating records into actionable insights.

In my current role as a Support Worker at John Howard Society, I maintain confidential client records, communicate critical information to interdisciplinary teams, and track day-to-day actions to keep data current and usable. Previously, as a Pharmacy Manager at Vine Med Pharmacy, I led day-to-day operations, strengthened compliance-ready documentation, and implemented a digital inventory/expense tracking system that reduced manual processing time and improved accuracy—alongside collaboration with nurses and healthcare professionals.
